Small groups learning together. You build tools for a simulated company you define, learning the method in a controlled environment before applying it to your own work. You'll leave with working examples, practical outputs, and the skills to keep building.
How we do it

Build a complete simulated company — brand, audience, data, objectives. This is the foundation that makes everything downstream specific and useful.

Strategic plans, scenario models, dashboards — each one feeds the next. You learn to write prompts independently and build sequentially.

Content engines, reports, briefs, and files your existing systems can use. This is where the method starts producing deliverables you can use immediately.

Bring a real problem. The group pressure-tests it live — scope, context, traps. You leave with a plan of your own and fresh thinking on nine more.
